No — contracts don't roll over. Each pack is for the calendar month. If you consistently find you're not using your full quota, we'd suggest switching to a smaller pack. If you need more contracts in a given month, we can accommodate that at a proportional add-on rate.

For monthly packs, we invoice the full monthly fee upfront at the start of each month. For fundraising engagements, it's 50% to start work and 50% on delivery. This keeps billing clean and means there are no surprises for either side.
